Rosa Linda Cruz's experience includes working in an educational setting, a licensed professional counselor with contracted programs along with her own private practice. An author & presenter on mental health strategies, well-being tips, social emotional learning tools & self care including her highly requested specialty the "Benefits of Laughter and So Much More!" Her children's stories & workbooks are inspired by her grandchildren, students & community members requesting fun, engaging & interactive wellness resources.
