Meet Rosa Linda Cruz

She is an author and presenter specializing in mental health strategies, research-based tools, and practical well-being tips. Her highly requested, interactive specialty presentation “The Benefits of Laughter and So Much More!” engages audiences through connection, evidence-based insights, and joy.

Her children’s stories and workbooks are inspired by her grandchildren, students, and community members who have requested fun, accessible wellness resources. She has been recognized by Valley Women Inspire Magazine, showcased as an Honoree for 100 Women in South Texas, honored by the South Texas Literacy Coalition, and is a multiple Bell Awards recipient.
